Very Poor Management and leadership team. Extremely bad salary payouts. They never pay salaries on time. Culture of favouritism and biasness.

I really appreciate the supportive work environment at Kreate. My senior is always there to help any challenges, espacially when dealing with clients. During escalation the entire team working seamlessly together, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

First of all, I really like the work-like balance we get at Kreate. I also like the flat hierarchy that exists within the organisation. We get a lots of learning opportunities alongside our work which lets us grow professionally and personally.

The leadership team is transparent, approachable and always open to feedback as a software developer it's motivating to know that management careers about our growth and is always willing to provide to resources we need to succeed.

1. Company culture is amazing. 2. Senior and colleague are very helpful here. 3. If you willing to learn new technologies then this is the best company for startup your career. 4. You can experience client and office side environment. 5. I completed 3 months training here after that i on roll. In my training period i learn about angular, codeigniter 3-4, and javascript.
