Salary and career growth is slow ther is a bond of 2 years befor which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Promotions only happen in upper management, even the best performing TM/KAM can be fired after performing for 12-15 years but a new BDM / DGM can be promoted 2 times in 2 year.

I was joined in golden time of this company & enjoyed my tenure. I can say this was my second company after one more MNC where actual work culture follows.

Dislikes

After joining of new MD, the culture started toxic & which is still going on. No old team member is continuing with the company & now Karcher is like Hire & Fire Company & it is like retirement home of new MD's old company people.
