There are some Problems to work with some Senior...They make self working policy rather than company HR Policy...There is no time frame for Expenses and Incentives...

...anagement is transparent.there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal s are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and give good training about manufacturing process ,hygiene , quality process, preventive maintenance.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees .

Salary n compensation just because they are hiring hire educated person but they are giving only 15 k for that and if u are highly qualified then u may expect atleast 27-30k per month.that is the thing which disappointed me

In compassion with other companies in rice industries, this company is punctual with salary and other benefits. Work environment, amenities are up to the standards but working pattern is little bit slow but practical. HODs are the foundation of the company they are well worst about the companies interest and guide you in the same direction. HR policies are employees friendly.

In this company, instead of giving priority to education, instead of giving priority to work, more priority is given to sycophancy. The illiterate people here keep finding plans to drive away the educated people so that they can move ahead.
