...he HR here delays almost all the HR related work specially payment related work. Whether it may be Appraisals, Full and final settlement, compensation to employees who have been laid off due to process closure or reduction in business. I have received my full and final settlement (which did not include my compensation amount as I was laid off due to process ramp down) after almost 5 month with repeated follow ups which was supposed to be recived within 45 days from LWD. It is 7 months now I am still waiting for my compensation amount to be received and still following up with the HR team

They hire make people work and terminate while salary time saying no performance.

There is no job security and trust from company.anyone who joins company after 3-4 days we can feel the fear of loosing job as they have micro monitoring on everything.

Do not join this company , Fraud company, They layoff and not giving working days salary . and not even giving the settlement salary. Fraud Company. because of low volume they layoff. they are not giving salary.

Nothing, poor infrastructure, poorly manage team, salary payment not on time, if ask for delay upon salary be ready to get fired. No learning and development, no training, working on falsely made promise, fake processes and fake products.
