After 10 years of honest service they dropped me when I needed them most. They hiring new ones with double salary in this time. There are numbers of experienced employees have been fired in this pandemic time. They could wait for 3-4 months . This shows they are only thinking about money not for liability.

Work life balance is terrible. Job security is not there. They hire freshers with less salary and daily 13 hours of work is expected. Managers are not good expect one. Managers comment on personal life

Krawler didn't support employees in covid 19 phase. It had fired many employees by giving reason of performance.The employees who fired for performance reason in past they had rewarded with brawo award by company. I will never suggest to go with krawler. Many fresher employees career gets spoil due to krawler

The only plus point is if you work here a fresher this place will grill you to be prepared for any stressful environment in the future and nothing else outside would come close to being as hectic as this workplace

Employees are not valued , false promises are made very often and the company policies are absolutely not employee friendly in any way, if they are offering you something there is always catch or a alternate motive behind it

A good company to work for. The products have the huge demand in market. Acquires latest technologies and tools. Good colleagues to work with.Appraisals are on performance basis like other companies.

The work pressure is somewhat high.
