For freshers it’s good to learn but he should work like helper, with cheap salary of 12K only with no other facilities as given to employees of the company. Freshers can join it only for learning for one year.

Dislikes

No work life balance, they treated to Engineer as a helper. No respect of employees as they are an engineers and no value of their knowledge. Third class management follows their own third class rules, not follows the standard rules of Ltd organisations.

I like freedom of speech for freedom of work here, there's friendly environment and supporting work culture. also our company is known for its exceptional commitment quality and customer satisfaction.

working days, its Monday to Saturday, it would have been great if we have 5 working days

Good work environment &teammates are supporting existing some political culture persons poor knowledge person..

Lot of politics &management doesn't address our issues..carrier growth is slow & poor knowledge team

Learning perspective company is good.. various like CNH, Johndear, DANA,etc automobile parts are manufacturing.

Need more space for this company. Now day by day company is growing.More land is required for materials.

Basically I was placed at Kranti Industries as GET, which on paper involved learning exposure to different domains in the company like production, quality, manufacturing, maintenance etc,but at practical I was assigned as an operator on a HMC machine which only involved loading and unloading jobs. Also the issue of internal politics was involved in the company.
