No Salary..they will give you salary based on fund availability..4 months delayed salary...if we ask the CEO about it he will blame the developers for delayed projects deadlines instead of implementing systematic plans..

There isn't much that I liked about the company.

Dislikes

Salary wise this company is very poor. A technical support engineer will get around 12k and in hand it's around 10k. Moreover this company doesn't offer much growth since it most of the jobs are support based. Even if you have a decent knowledge on some technologies still you won't get much developer works. Even you have to work late after the working hours.
