Salary on time / within 1st week of every month Job security is some what better than other companies of same level.

Dislikes

Internal politics No learning & No new growth opportunities Very less involvement of softwares only basic softwares are used. All the major work is outsourced so no new learning .

Company is very best. Staff behavior is not good .

Dislikes

No promotion , no benefit , only dislike behavior , no time routine , and No leave. some problem family and other reason no leave only working and lily behavior. No staff promote.

The company is new and doing first project under NHAI on NH -29. 2 bypass held with company in distt.Mau and Gorakhpur. Work started in apr 2016 , all structures are in under construction. Soil work has 90% complet. M also working on this project.

I was singal person in company to resolve land dispute or to start work smoothly . But my site incharge was not giving permission. After all I was cleared all issues. I want independent work or in a team.
