I liked that this organisation giving me the chance to step into my Interested field. I had worked with K. R. Mangalam for 2.5 years as an HR Recruiter cum Executive. Management is very dominating, abusive attitude towards employees, restrictions on talking with other departments employees.

Dislikes

Abusive nature of Management, Facilities, Poor Increment, Lower Salary, Policies etc.

...nditioner facilities nothing else, no job security, even I work full month, but they did not pay my salary

Dislikes

No job security, force me to leave the school without giving notice, they don't pay my salary, charge 2500 for work shop training, training not conducted by them in future, I ask them to refund my work shop training charges still not paid by them

The workload is not much and you get the freedom to work as you like.

Dislikes

1. Some oldies keep coming to classes from management to rate your teaching and guide you unnecessarily, called inspection. 2. Salary was deducted by half during covid, citing non payment of fees by parents, but new buildings were constructed, old ones had been reconstructed and renewed. Even when the parents started paying in full, teachers were compensated very slowly (monthly). The teachers who left during covid, weren't paid arrears of their deducted salaries from their work tenure. 3. Principal is a puppet in the hands of management, and management is hidden. Nobody knows how to reach them, contact them or where are they sitting. 4. Teachers are expected and made to work laboriously and not appreciated. 5. Coordinators calls at random hours to ask for submission 'urgently '. Plus many more.
