Working environment is very good, and there is no any salary issues, Good management in company.

There is one problem Current project work complete, After new tender will be apply contractor, that time will be engineers are left this company because of in between time will take two month to three month.

It is very horrible college. Dont attend interview also in this college. I was selected in interview but suddendly they are mailing me as waiting list. Seriously i felt one of the stupid college in the world. It seems they are just created their name. My god if this college is not equal to VIT/NIT/IIt/SRM or reputed instution. I can say clearly it is not reputed institution it is bluffed. Only influenced peoples are selecting during their interview. Dont waste your time in applying/ attending interview this college. Still you are planned to join in this college. God has to save yoy. Worst administrative skills and management. fraud college.

Everything. They're pretending like a top tier institution. In reality, it is just a local engineering college, nothing different. Put pressure to faculty to get admission, unnecessary data entry works, awarding internal marks for students to get pass, most of the unproductive works, etc.

As a fresher that jobs gives me to learn the things, situation handling techniques, execution of work that was a wonder in early days.

During heavy schedule the opportunity to learn the things gets day to day depleted,

There is good environment to work in and gives lots of opportunities for new comer. The company policies are reasonable and a team of young engineers really gives us the feeling of competition in a good sense.

There is lack of client for KPR but the company is trying its best to meet the demand of different client and get the projects in hand within limited time
