I have an overall positive feedback, it's just that the salary is capped so sometimes it's difficult to have that motivating factor of the work and related remuneration

The top management team says come to us if you are facing any issues however, there's no resolution provided at their end

The very first thing I liked about the professionalism. I got to know so many ways of working systematically. Able to enhance the knowledge.

Dislikes

People below managers thinks themselves more superior here. Salary structure can be improved.

Likes

It's a big4 and that's just it. Gain experience in initial years at low pay but once you complete ACCA and 3 years exp, you pay jumps significantly.

Dislikes

Low initial pay, having to work long hours to complete tasks, onshore not always supportive.

Likes

There is a period of lean season where you will be sitting idle and in busy season you have to work for more than 10-12 hours.

Dislikes

HR is waste and hopeless. HR will not give replies on time. They will never give you your worth. You will feel uncomfortable with HR while talking and they will not agree on your decision and opinions. People are not skilled, every time they ask questions from juniors. Management is bad and not supportive. They have govt job ideology and based on years of experience they promote not with the kind of knowledge they have.

Good work life balance, If you get to work with good managers your experience will be good otherwise it's average.

Dislikes

No salary hike no good bonus, like it feels you are working for TCS. Big 4's are not that good they are same as other MNC's. Politics is there which is bad. Other compensations also aren't that great. There are little to none career growth 📈. Sadly you will remain in same position for countless years. Apart from Work Life Balance nothing extraordinary.
