1)There is no work life balance. 2)There is no Log off time we need to start the day before the login times and there is no log off time for the company. 3) there are so much politics they can remove you from the company at any time with nonsense reason 4) they will never promote you as per your quality then never see good on you but always see bad in you

Year end bonus is good if meet targets.

WFH is in contract but not following. Management has 0 clue how to run this project. Always knee jerk reaction approach. Delegation isn't proper. No analyst is happy. 0 growth opportunities, no time to do anything else. Job security is doubtful as they hire and fire at will.

Growth opportunity is very limited. Career options are very well And after certain point your growth is stagnant. Work life balance is also ok OK.

No work life balance. Less salary as compared to other similar firms. Also firm does not respect the existing employee therefore attrition rate is higher.

...ood. Employees do not feel restricted as company policies are liberal in nature. Job security needs to be improved, and also proper compensation should be provided as per the work done by the employee rather than waiting for the employee to resign and then increase their salary to retain them.

Dislikes

Compensation package of the existing employees should always be more than the new joiners. Senior employees are paid less and retention policy can be improved. Rather than waiting for the employee to resign and then increase their compensation package to retain them, it is better to attract them with a better package upfront so that they won't have the thought of resigning.
