People are good. Nice company , I had a great journey here. You will get things to learn if you are lucky enough.

Dislikes

Very poor management system. Forced to work in projects. No proper appraisal, compensation, benefits. Tooo much politics. Company growth matters to them not the concerns of individuals. I had a terrible experience but there are people whom I have seen who are having plan to get retirement from kpmg only.

...p projects and a chance to lead if you aren't connected to the top leadership. Salary is bad. If you voice out concerns they don't resolve it and then say that "you had this issue" so no promotion.

...b safety. Management will blame you even if there is no work volume in pipeline. The targets are unachievable and salary is low for stress that ig given as in for work

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contract you'll get only extension of contract and if you finally think about leaving they'll talk about full time job. Otherwise it's good place to start a career

Overall, I almost like everything in KPMG. The culture, People (Atleast Most of Them), Work and every is awesome but I feel that the compensation is not upto the current market standards which makes many Ppl look for more better opportunities.

Dislikes

Cheap Politics sometimes. Very late promotion cycle and salary/compensation.
