Very poor management system. Forced to work in projects. No proper appraisal, compensation, benefits. Tooo much politics. Company growth matters to them not the concerns of individuals. I had a terrible experience but there are people whom I have seen who are having plan to get retirement from kpmg only.

...p projects and a chance to lead if you aren't connected to the top leadership. Salary is bad. If you voice out concerns they don't resolve it and then say that "you had this issue" so no promotion.

I have been working at KPMG since 20 Feb 2023. I really love to work with. Overall staff is very caring and helpful. Managers, Team leads and colleagues are really helpful, they inspire me alot to how to work with efficiency and effectively and they treat us like a family. Every employee and team leads and managers teaches us how to be accountable, how to work with integrity, together and how to become better. Overall rating i give to KPMG is 10/10. This is my first job and KPMG understood my ability and gave me chance to prove. I am giving surety to them i will be always efficient and effective with my work.

Please treat everyone's same as I have joined as on Contract so i did not get appraisal and bonus. They told us they will give those benefits in March/April. I have trust alot. Otherwise every thing is excellent like colleagues, Team leads, Managers and overall staff is helpful. Everyone has been doing their work honestly and inspired me alot which motivates me.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a contract you'll get only extension of contract and if you finally think about leaving they'll talk about full time job. Otherwise it's good place to start a career
