Work culture is extremely good and facilitates are excellent. Management is good and environment is very comfortable and niche.

Dislikes

Salary range provided here is lower as compared to other Big Four companies. Cab facility is great but they charge more than normal for cabs and even great employees are not retained just because they don’t want to provide expected reasonable salary to them.

The salary can be great if you can negotiate before joining and bonus is pretty good for an average performance.

Dislikes

Everything about the culture is horrible. Forget everything you know about personal life while you're employed here. You will never get to see your family, won't get time to make a phone call, your friends will hate you for being unavailable all the time. Keep struggling for sleep throughout your tenure. Unreal expectations that is impossible to meet but helps the management in cutting down your promotions. Nobody is bothered if you're learning something new, you're just a resource who should know every process and should be open for any task any time and be 24x7 available.

If you just want to recieve on time salary and don't want to put too much effort into your work then this is the best firm to relax

Dislikes

It is a highly biased firm, if you are not in good books of senior management people, then no matter how good you perform it won't matter. Your growth rate is not proportional to your effort & skills if you don't know how to be in good books of some people

The salary is hike fair compare to other organisation. Thats what i like the most in the company. Work pressure is completely depend upon project to project. Work hour is very flexible.

Dislikes

Work appreciation is not fair enough. Your performance in the project doesn’t matter for appraisal its all about visibility and politics thats make your career growth
