Kpmg provides satisfaction in terms of salary. Also the employee employer relationships went very smooth.

Kpmg does't provide that much leaves in case of emergency. The employees spend most of their time in working without even contributing any of their precious time towards their family.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, copy paste work, senior who are not qualified ca or cpa don’t even knows the basic meaning of audit. They are familiar with copy paste procedures and doong that blindly. No work satisfaction at all. Labourer working only.

Though we have Saturday and Sunday working during busy seasons company provides benefits like breakfast and lunch and evening snacks., if we stretch and work during weekdays we get dinner and also the employees are provided with small small surprise gift that somewhere satisfys us

No work life balance, rather providing foods on weekends they could give double pay employees. As the double pay is given only on public holidays..we feel food on weekends is not right compensation for work

Dislikes

Everything about the culture is horrible. Forget everything you know about personal life while you're employed here. You will never get to see your family, won't get time to make a phone call, your friends will hate you for being unavailable all the time. Keep struggling for sleep throughout your tenure. Unreal expectations that is impossible to meet but helps the management in cutting down your promotions. Nobody is bothered if you're learning something new, you're just a resource who should know every process and should be open for any task any time and be 24x7 available.
