Organization with strongest culture and best treatment for employees and very supportive colleagues. Never asked to work on weekend.

Dislikes

Compensation should be kept inline with market. Company does lot of cost cutting sometimes.

The culture and compensation is good when compared to other Big4

Dislikes

The package will be less and the work life balance is very poor. If you are not qualified or no plans to be a CA or CPA there is no point in joining this position.

I would not recommend anyone to work here before pursuing masters and even after that because what you do in the 1st month is what you are going to do after 5 years as well. No learning.

Dislikes

Really very low compensation, way below the Industry standards ( EY, Deloitte etc ). Very poor management, nobody really cares about your opinions. No recognition. If you work well, you'll have to work even more! Almost no growth if you don't want to pursue ACCA or CA. Even after that, the compensation is low as compared to industry standards.

They make us work for 14 to 16 hours and pay us very less. Its copy paste work and the kind of work the clients give is hirrible There is no overtime pay for additional hours of work No employee benefits during festivals or during appraisals They only care about the work getting completed and not about employee No appreciation for good work and lot of bias between people

I love the inclusive culture and values at KPMG and how they treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Dislikes

I believe KPMG can work a bit more on the compensation side as it is not as competitive as the other Big 4 firms.
