Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

...d hike. Only 5%hike is max. He not cares Ur plm , Ur issue never resolves here. No life balance here, 12hours work but salary for 8hour . Management Blackmail u. They shout on u in DSM if u r not working. School type environment. U need to stay 9 hours compulsory in office. No flexibility. No bonus and sweet also in Diwali , Totally u r slave here in this company.

Poor basic facilities: like no keyboard mouse headset monitor on desk. No subsdised coffee and food Work can be useless if project is not good

Nothing. Probably the Hinjewadi campus, may be, if you like those typical large IT buildings.

Dislikes

Bad management. Heavy reliance on Leads for work, so leads are overworked. Salary and perks below industry standards. I haven't seen any RSU or ESOP policy, may be for higher management it might exist. If you are technology oriented software person with interest in deep technologies, please don't join. You'll be working on surface level projects here.
