... usage of local language at workplace - outsiders may feel alienated at times. The insistence on clock in /out and the same having a bearing on compensation is a bit lame. There has to be more flexibility for employees since productivity isn't exactly determined by the number of hours spent in office.

Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

No job security, no allowances, huge work pressure, they won't provide sufficient timeline for the work and they'll force to complete before the time nd they won't consider the quality of the software. If u were on bench for one month they'll remove you without any reason.

...in 15 Days without asking the employee.. however the notice period is 3 months.. Don't even pay the compensation for complete notice period. Fnf compensation also comes after 2 months and after many follow ups.
