Company owner are the best people in thi industry. But the management is worst in the company and account department too. Don't join this organisation. Old employee do Lots of politics in sales and marketing.they will this company like termites.

NSM is not coperative. He is fake person. People are in head office are not co operative And worst management and finance department. Most of the employees are like termites.

Many things you learn here but if you talk about working culture, it's very bad due to some bad people. Who creates politics, politics & politics only. they show to the Company owner "He is the man who runs the company" The rest of the team is not good or faithful to the company. but the actual scenario is just the opposite.

Dislikes

Politics. No analysis person to person and business also. Need to Improve at all levels, If they want to create a "GOOD EMPLOYER". When you are a Great and Good employer then good and quality people join you and your company and the result will be very very different and fruitful for both.
