There is no salary structure in the company some people with 4 years experience are given 40k and the other person with 4 years is given 23k.

I was doing duty on site where all the staff were very much supportive.

...to save per person cost for food). No any weekly off provided to the employee. Salary are not being given on time. Each month salary is provided 20-25 days late, which is very much painful. I will never suggest anyone to work in this company. Instead of working in KPEL its better to begging on the road. Thank you.

It has various business so there are ample scope of learning. Work culture is absolutely amazing, feels like a home. Supportive colleagues. Provide food free of cost. Can play games in the game zone after office hours.

1.Toxic work culture 2.Un-professional top management 3.No system of annual increment & promotions 4. Delayed salaries upto 2 to 3 months 5. No chance for growth in skills & knowledge 6. Not guranteed work profile, management changes your work profile as per their requirement 7. Management blocks your future opportunities by giving negative feedback to your future employees or not releasing you untill their work is not completed
