Almost 2 years and I must say that my experience here has been incredibly positive. Work environment at KOTS is fair and transparent. It has a friendly atmosphere. The team spirit here is outstanding, and it's not just about getting the job done; it's about supporting each other. One of the things that stand out is how helpful everyone is. If you ever need assistance or have questions, there is always someone ready to lend a hand. The collaborative nature of the workplace is truly motivating. I've had the opportunity to learn new things every day, thanks to the expertise and guidance of my colleagues. This tranquility allows for focused and productive work. There's no unnecessary noise or chaos, which is essential for me to concentrate on my tasks. It's a place where you can truly get into the zone and give your best without distractions. The office remains closed during public holidays.

Got to work there for almost 1 year and I did learn and got to grow my skills and learned bits and pieces regarding the same...But there are some bullies at work due to which I actually had to leave the job... They think they are the only people who are hard working.. They are poking you every now and then. I did try to talk to those people before complaining the HR TEAM but things went downhill.. They would sit right in front of me and backbite about me.. which I was not comfortable about and they still exist in that company after several complaints.. They make you take your confidence..when it comes to helping they will make you listen thousands things.. very unprofessional work environment exist there.. They took my mental peace, sleepless night and overthinking made me leave the job.. Otherwise I was happy with my job role. And The time management... The work hours were from morning 8 Am to 6 pm.
