this is not a place where one can actually work. The bosses here have terrible trust issues. Probably culture issues. They have no idea or information about India and end up here. This is a miserable place.

There is nothing to like about this organization. It is a sad place to be. The mental harassment is next level. The Korean people are ill mannered.

they work for SMEs - meaning the smallest of all companies. Their whole approach is to just sell sell sell. No understanding about market demand scenario. This place is toxic and bad for your mental health.

If there is any award for the world's worst companies to work for - then kotra should definitely get the award. To start with this place has no policy, no professionalism , no understanding of work allocations . The Korean bosses who are sent here to run the show are uneducated and has no knowledge about anything. Apparently the lower rung of the Korean society ends up as bureaucrats here and hence they have no manners. Are Koreans by default rude? I don't know for sure - but the people over here definitely are. This is a terrible place if you value your mental health. This place is full of negative energy. I couldn't endure this place even a few months after joining. Don't go by the government image, it's a bad place to be.
