Working there was not a good experience the Management does not take any reviews from it's employees if the employees give any bad reviews about their managers this information is not kept discreet There is no trained team leader the friends of team leader are promoted the employees who stay back complete their target more product knowledge does not matter

I did not like anything they pay their employees very poorly the employees are not giving permission to take their leaves incentive is very hard to get they make the parameters so hard that the employees don't get anything do not join very bad work life

Worst organisation neither they help you in skill development nor they will provide you salary increment. No matter how hard you work they will simply promote And also increase salary of only their favourite employee Full biased work culture. They will fully torture you and will set unrealistic targets and will force you to sit for 12hours a day plus no leave you can get even if you are unhealthy and showing all your reports from hospital they have no humanity and simpathy.TL have all the right according to manamgemt even if they are wrong..HR and all will support them only.. Manager..HR..VP no one will help you despite they will threat you and laugh at you when you will try to get help from them.. Plus promotion is bais so all those who are on top Position except assistant manager they have no knowledge about system plus no management skills they hold they will simply let you suffer due to their dumb decisions.This is the most pathetic job.Trust me i would not recommend anyone join Kotak securities. Before joining think thousand times it could be your Worst choice. I have wasted my time their with no increment and promotion even after being the most deserving employee.

Irresponsible HR Target for dealer is almost 16 times than monthly salary...highest in the industry Higher management sucks No entertainments like team outing, celebrations nothing Very low salary

Vary bad work culture no any support from senior Specially cannot work with this Stupid Rohit Mahipal very worst fellow and because of him many employee resigned from KS even BM,Cluster Head, state Head etc. Really where he worked he made all office empty so don't work with him and later joined Chinmoy Sharma he is very oiling person to senior even bad bad performance from previous company but he joined here coz of reference stupid Rohit Mahipal.
