To be honest I had worked for 1 year over here but harrasment form manager and TL was of next level , No professional behaviour no ethics nothing , company was completely over taken by third party and the employes were asked to shift from on role to off role , when employees confirmed that they are ready to do they mentioned that now hiring is done and they asked employees to leave the job no prior notice nothing was done , poor management

Not good platform and work environment and culture many people are politics so not good platform

Lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue and salary is very poor and career growth is nothing possible .i have joined the off roll starting salary 14800 and company promoted on roll but on roll employees benifit not provide and lot of employee salary not increas i have totally work in 3.years and 11 months but still salary nd onRoll benifits not provide also his firm consider as off roll employe

Job stability, transfers, open door policy.

Dislikes

No Promotion policy is defined or followed. No considerable salary hike. You can be sitting at the same salary forever if you don’t switch. Office politics cannot even be described in words. No bonus.

There is an open door policy,we can anytime directly interact with management.

The only point i would like to highlight is the company should think about salary structure for employee is very low compared to other banking industry. As per the grade the salary doesn't Match.
