There is no HR team support and employees not getting proper designation salary even contracts employees will got more salary than onborad staff. I am affected by that kind of changes currently I am assistant manager but junior associate get salary more than me.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Over all over company is good.aslo most secure about job and also suppotive in person problems and also In point of view of learning is good but on salary and appraisal basis it's average compair to other compitetor

Dislikes

No Promotion policy is defined or followed. No considerable salary hike. You can be sitting at the same salary forever if you don’t switch. Office politics cannot even be described in words. No bonus.

To be honest I had worked for 1 year over here but harrasment form manager and TL was of next level , No professional behaviour no ethics nothing , company was completely over taken by third party and the employes were asked to shift from on role to off role , when employees confirmed that they are ready to do they mentioned that now hiring is done and they asked employees to leave the job no prior notice nothing was done , poor management
