Everything. This company owned by bunch of Kotak bankers at upper end starting from national heads. Who are at city level and if they are kotak bank migrated employee then they will become national heads in just 2 to 3 years but if you have joined from the industry then growth is negligible no matter how good you are. Think 10 times before joining kotak general insurance.

False promises given by HR and Manager as was told there will be alternate Saturday Sunday off and Public Holiday but there is no holiday at all we should work on weekends as well

Lack of knowledge system is very poor to handle it feels like i m working in government

If a person spent 1 year here that employee can gather huge knoledge about general insurance..the training procedure is really awsome.

Work life balance and the supervisor behaviour is too much pathetic.

Overall the system is good in process and claims.

The incentive system is worse. Also some seniors came from the bank so they still don't know about general insurance culture. Overall it is not good especially in central areas like MP CG.

Everything...no work life balance No appraisal, no matter how much you give your efforts it's a waste. Here no body care about your health or your hard work. Only favourite ppls will get everything they want.
