Ambiguity in JOB offer.
I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. Life became hell. zero work life balance ,they will offer you good designation like manager or deputy manager at start and good compensation as well, but all lies are hides under this. No support from upper management , Zero understanding in other department, Too much of politics which will eventually drag you down, If you want to work other will drag you down. Senior manager are vey rude , Double faced people. As an MBA graduate I request other fellow candidate never opt for this role. No learning , Only waste of time.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.
