On role employee gets 30-60% bonus. Organise various events. Not much target pressure. In all levels of the hierarchy, everyone is very cooperative. Stationery items came on frequent basis

Off role employee does not get on role easily and they don't have any bonus structure. All the events organised have to be managed by staff only. Daily morning meeting in zoom. Claims are not been passed very easily.

...orking style is bit old. Most of the employees belong to baby boomer generation. Good incentives and bonus but the salary hike is not as par with the industry standards.

Career growth is slow. Not many fun activities, here people are generally very work oriented.

Company take you as off roll Employee. Give you big dreams that you will on roll here. Ask you to prove your self. You work hard do your best. At the end you get lollypop. No one understands your financial condition.. you wasted your 2-3 years.

There is lot of issue no one listen your issue. No growth option no salry hike even company perform well earn good profit its been 2 year in this company and there is no salry hike for any one and basic salary is also low very low In industry

As an Indian company Job is secure in Kotak Mahindra AMC. Work environment is good and teammates are very supportive. There is a huge cafeteria for fun.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very low. There is a lot of politics for appraisals. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
