Other than job security there is nothing positive.Job security is there due high attrition & new people hardly join.

... mails.Its better to stay jobless than work over here.Its not a job it's a scam.People are forced to pay money from their own pockets regularly.Its a complete mess.

They will call you for the interview and will say that you will get 30k 40k as salary. When you will join, then you will understand all 30-40k depends on the target. They will say there is no target. But there is target guys. Thats why I left within a month.

... here 2yrs and they continue lied to me and us.. They have comission based job.. they will never give you any kind of salary..

All fake going on in metro branch kolkata, Everyone just want money by giving fake promises and earning commission,That's why I left the work hope Mr kotak dont know about this.. And even they do fake signatute

Recruitment fake. All promise to give 35000 salary after submittion of 1 lakh policy

Skill development learning,work life balance,compensation and benefits,company culture is good,career growth is there,employee behaviour is good,fast growth in business along with career goal setting,promotion achievement etc

Too much work pressure while doing job, target setting along with achievement is very much important,job security depends upon the performane of it,lots of politics occurs in the management .
