Human Resources and employees understanding. Human resource donot do anything for employees just gives threat on every occasion to employees for salary hold. New generation should not join this company as ther are better HR polices elsewhere Some department like IT areas slow,no future thought processes. As HR polices are so bad that even your managers and head of department are weak and toothless for any new initiatives

Work life balance is okay. Good place to work in. Maximum professionally qualified employees.

No Employee benefits. Salary lower than industry standards. No comp off. Politics (common in every organisation) No work from home.

Kotak is big brand to work but few of the Senior Managers made the work culture worst just for their benefits... They doesn't have feelings about the pain of employees.

...ed behaviour Digital adoption is lacking On average, promotions take 3-4 years Salary hikes are limited Grand sounding designations/roles for e.g. deputy manager in peer company is senior manager here (for lesser salary) Talent is recognised but not adequately rewarded
