Dislikes

...ything. Managers are not help full, they only think about their business target. Salary is very low. no job security. Managers Everyday Said "If you don't complete your target, which is selling insurance policy, you will get terminated". No motivation to work. Overall, working in this company is a nightmare for me.

Never ever work in a life insurance Co. As per their rule an agent get only commission not a single rupee salary& after confirmation salary will be Rs. 3000. Horrible experience working at kotak Life.
