I joined KEF because I loved the art of facilitation and training. At the time of joining,I was being told that you need to spend 25% of your time in mobilising the right candidates for the courses. Later on what I found out that mobilisation constitutes 70% of my performance, placement calling is 25% and only 5% importance is given to the actual training. My probation was extended just because I was not able to get the right students. There is no appreciation for the employees, the team meetings are full of toxicity and the blame game which drained my energy. I found myself dragging to work everyday and I was made to feel horrible for not getting the numbers. It is more of a sales job wherein you need to generate leads and your performance gets measured. If you passionate about training/teaching/helping people to grow, this is definitely not a place to be.

Dislikes
Useless Appraisals, the rating is pre decided by seniors
No promotions
Planning is worst
Too much flexibility expected from people who work on field
Unprofessional leaders
Strict action is not taken against leaders
Leaders are allowed to multiple same kind of mistakes, infact that's becoming a culture now
No place for hard working employees
Complete corporate culture
...management so that there is very less or no chances of growth to the employees.
Too much of expectations in low salary.
Unnecessary field visit which have no impact.
Unnati COO is a sales guy. The first thing for him was who did how many aspirant numbers. His attitude was always rude. He never appreciated the team. Only running for numbers. It was said that mobilization will be 25-30% but after joining it was the only thing which was measured. It was full of toxicity and blame games. I was made to feel disgusting for not achieving the aspirant numbers. It is a sales job where you have to generate numbers and you will be valued on that.
HR policies are good but not applicable, program heads are good but managers are not good , not apprised your work , not sher to employees any information about funding and economic trajection. Managers not good trit to field workers, not value to field workers. Is like field workers Majur.
