There is no security of our staff inside the Kota Heart Institute Kota and even masks are not provided and the sanitizer and thermal scanning of those who are inside the hospital are also not being given to the staff. On opposing this, a large number of staff have been evacuated from the hospital, at present all the staff are not being given salary, which is very disturbing to all the staff.

staff and doctors behaviour.... team work is high quality.... even many time i saw staff and docter give their extra time for cardiac arrest pt. and continue CPR... BEST INSTITUTE IN CASE OF CARDIAC EMERGENCY....THE KOTA HEART GIVE BEST SERVICES IN A LOW BUDGET

growth is slow. work pressureis very high.... no rest room for staff when we work 18 hrs. continuesly... many i have backache and nackache for this. how much u dedicated ur work. its meaning less and no promotion and higher study for growing hospital....

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
