I feel that the pay scale could be more competitive compare to industry standard. Especially given the level of responsiblity and efforts employee put in . Management should give a chance to learn advance machinery for improve personal and professional skill.

In this pandemic period company has been supported me in the medium of telephonic communication. Company has been made that arrangement for precautionary measurements such as santizing, social distancing, mask and safety instruments provided the same. Last but not the least that company does not pressurised me for my unavailability and also not for my pending work.

Koso provides well platform to new engineer. The team mates are quite helpful and intelligent, the working environment is also nice.

Dislikes

Higher management is taking lower management as granted and directly issues new things.

Working at Koso is fun and exciting. The way the organization had grown and being a part of the growing company makes you feel better. The niche product and international exposure that the organization gives is highly appreciated. Equal opportunity and respect for all is one the major positives if the organization.
