I feel that the pay scale could be more competitive compare to industry standard. Especially given the level of responsiblity and efforts employee put in . Management should give a chance to learn advance machinery for improve personal and professional skill.

Company has been made that arrangement for precautionary measurements such as santizing, social distancing, mask and safety instruments provided the same.
