...DIRECTORS WERE SO SUPPORTIVE.OPTIMISTIC ABOUT CAREER GROWTH & WORK LIFE BALANCE. SALARY LARGELY DEPENDS IN KORUS ON COMPANY ECONOMICS , ONE SHOULD NOT HAVE GRIEVANCE IN THIS RESPECT.& IN RESPECT OF JOB SECURITY.

THERE WAS NO SUCH ISSUE OF DIS LIKING KORUS. I WANTED KORUS TO BECOME ISO 9001 COMPANY WHICH IS VERY POWERFUL FOR DISPERSION OF ALL CLOUDS BRINGING MORE CLARITY AND CLEAR PICTURE IN EVERY FIELD.

Basically it's an organisation which develop industrial design and drawings for the Steel Plant industry. The Work atmosphere is very good. Colleagues area very helpful. Bosses are helpful and ready to give opportunities for new works. Overall it's a good organisation where anyone can learn and practice a whole lot regarding Steel Plant drawings industry.

Dislikes

Sometimes the workers are a bit slow. Sometimes the working patterns seems like a government office. Although they paid the salery on time but sometimes it gets delayed till 15th of the month.
