More than 60 managers from all the departments were terminated by Alok sharma in his tenure of 10 years in Kores. In his tenure company failed to clear its only regulatory inspection consecutively two times. In coming future also in the leadership of Sharma there is 0 chance of improvement in the GMP systems of company. Kores is the only company in my career which is not introduced any new product for past 7 years.
