...any growth but Employee salary not grow. Too much bogus rules in this company. Salary structure is different from Indian government rules. I'm giving 1 star if 0 is available then I give 0.

It is very nice working with Korean expact, there are lot many skills and work ethics to be learnt from them. Apart from them I also liked improving my communication skills and documents record keeping.

...counterparts like been an contract company job security is sometimes a question. Also incerement in salary is certain but with very low % of escalation.

Nothing Fix increment of 5.7 You have to bring water, tea & snacks from your home, company will not provide it After 6 years no pramotion Working with low manpower you cant use your leave & you have to be ready for extra duty

No salary on time No promotion No work life balance becouse shift change are inappropriate No skill development becouse management not support it. Fix increment at 5.7% Not following company standard as not provide water, breakfast or lunch or cantin service Weekly off not fixed HR policy change as per company convince

...e year otherwise salary deducted. Too much politics,need approval from everyone.salary is low as compared to work.staff not supportive.no help from senior to new employee,they will demotivate you and judge you too early

Very very very very very very very less salary satisfaction. When you give your 100% but there are no any increament and appraisal. Very bad company in view of increament (in gujarat,India). Increament is only 500rupee and 800rupee per year. Very bad for any engineers. Because of low salary work satisfaction is also low. I gave my precious 6years to this company But company never ever observe my hardwork. I have 6years of experience but my salary is 19000rupees only. Hey KPS fix this issue as soon as possible.
