Working structure. Though company has ISO certification, but never follow SOPs. If any suggestions are given to managers or CTO, it will not be considered. It's good that CEO can be found on the development floor with the developers, but he shouts a lot. HR are never available for employees on time. HR cannot be found on desk, and never reply to ping, they are always busy. Very unplanned hiring, and then laying off. They are list concern about the employee's future. CEO is biased to his old employees, even if they are less knowledge. Too much politics, if you are doing good and your team lead is not helping you. then it's your fault because team leader is friend of manager. Appraisal process is also not well defined. It depends on CEO, if you are very close to CEO, you will get too much hike, otherwise not.

The company laid off lots of employees in the last 1 year and lots of good and trusted employees resigned from the company because of poor management. In the last 1 year more than 50% of the staff left the company. The company has a mission, vision, and value on paper only; even the CEO does not follow those. Management uses lots of politics and favoritism.

Firstly , work culture is fantastic. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment. Second, strong emphasis on employee development and provide ample opportunities for learning and upskilling. I feel constantly empower to improve my skills and stay ahead in my career. Third, the company's leadership is approachable and supportive. This kind of open communication creates a sense of belonging and loyalty among the workforce. Overall, positive work environment, focus on employee development, supportive leadership and attractive benefits make me appreciate working at here.
