Inhuman behavior of colleague and office stuff. Not giving proper salary in proper time. Some colleague r always poking.always politics and management wants oiling people not working people.

job threatening is there due to low performance which is happening every where but as per my observation managers must check the reason behind the failure, some changes is required in company policies for better business volumes, products are very good and well accepted by Doctors but really changes is required in policy.
