DESIGN AND INSPECTION DEPTT IS NOT WORKING WITH GOOD POLICIES WHICH IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE FOF EMPLOYEE. GREAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERMANRNT AND CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE WHILE CONTRACTUAL PEOPLE WORKS PERMANENT EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW THE WORK
