Pain area only salary here, especially those who are working with the company for several years. As the company is year by year increasing business & product under the brand, there are some hopes this issue also settle in near future. Just cross fingers here

...im policy. This is nice and very few companies are doing this in India curently. There has been no curtailment of salary till date. However, there is no increment this year.

Career growth is sluggish. Increment is minimal. Promotions are slow.

Appraisal not happened for year 2020. Max appraisal for 2021 in my team was 2.5% Bonus is considered in CTC so in hand salary would be less.
