Terrible work pressure all the time, no perks/benefits . basic medical insurance provided is not enough (1lac only) Incentives are less compared to other companies in the industry. No appraisals , hike, appreciation except a handful. Company policies are unfavorable for employees.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

Dislikes

Too much Process oriented company. Salary gets credited on time.

Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
