...unities are very low, have too wait too long. Good infrastructure. Good Culture. On time salary. Good softwares to work - give customer data quality and work make simple. But no growth and career development. Performance discussion doesn't happen, managers put rating as per their will. Performances are never rewarded. Growth for those who don't raise opinion. Employees are suppressed, so that don't raise opinion and suggestions.

no growth opportunity, no skill development, Managers suppress employees and rule. A divide and rule policy. HR is just for talent acquisition, no other duty for HR. Performance discussion are not done. Incentives statements and reports are manipulated. You are not allowed to raise opinions and suggestions.

Not at all, this a hell of a company. Work culture in Kone kolkata branch is very very bad. No job stability l, Specially seniors asks for special favours especially from female employees like us for promotion and growth in career. This is not a safe place for any employee be it a women or men. Situations are similar In regional office and kolkata branch offices are headed by perverts. Specially in kolkata branch office we regularly hear words e.g."b*k* c*oda, b@r*, khan**, Ren** by branch head S. Mukher*** while calling his subordinates regularly. Branch head has very less patience level uses slags every now and then and also known for abusing his juniors. hR has no role to play in this instead they turn deaf ear to all such complaints l made by any employee. In order to get promoted here one needs to provide extra service to BH other than kick backs. BH is directly involved in vendor favouritism in exchange of cash, employee favouritism and lift license cash handling.

...re working. Global functions have good scope and visibility in the organization. Got a salary and designation change after 1 year of joining. Good appraisals as KONE has achieved its targets (exceeded) for 2023.

Dislikes

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.

Dislikes

There are no physical trainings provided. No clear portal for learning. Pressure is high due to quarterly bonus system.

Safety wise good. Top management activities good.

... the target in time so Management need to improve different quality of target . Finally my personal opinion is salary is not sufficient and need to revise the salary for management and trainee.Thanks for the given opportunity
