Managers e.g. smrat mukharje in Kolkata branch are pathatic they put life thretening pressure. abuses all his juniors and he not have any good communinal skills. He wanted to take job if he don't like anyone for his personal reason such as lack of oilin & butterin.. He treats everyone like slavas. 100+ people lift becoz him in kol..

Safety wise good. Top management activities good.

... the target in time so Management need to improve different quality of target . Finally my personal opinion is salary is not sufficient and need to revise the salary for management and trainee.Thanks for the given opportunity

In vizag there is a big game of politics there only rises salary’s and taken all benefits of company all political games is running in office all a getting jobs by there on family quayt easyly there are not fit for there rolls but there are managing all stuff and covering to it all people are gathering from Johnson company and running a saperat politics there all are getting benefits in KONE alots off salary increment bonus etc .

...ly, the working process of the company as it's an urgent service. That was good. Third, got proper salary within time.

Didn't get my T.A & Joining Letter after 5-6 months of working for this company. And also didn't get any recive mail from H.R as I send them my resignation through it.

...re working. Global functions have good scope and visibility in the organization. Got a salary and designation change after 1 year of joining. Good appraisals as KONE has achieved its targets (exceeded) for 2023.

Dislikes

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.
