...oo. Office environment is also good and tidy. Culture of KONE is very excellent. Overall experience of internship is very good regarding salary on time, working hours, company food and services.

Company policy ,working under non-software manager is terrible .Never understand software problems and solutions

No appreciation,no hike,no promotion,pin pointing managers,Top mgmt escape from responsibility and problem,worst place to work with bunch of selfish fellows

Everything about Kone is Good, the work culture, the management, their company policies, etc but pay wise there are few hiccups that too they understand it now and working on it as of now. They take the employee feedback strongly and take necessary actions.

All good except the pay. they might need to update their pay scale based on the current market trends

...ike eat, sleep and capable of arguing with others and happy, u can work at Kone. On time salary, less or no work. But if u r willing to learn, passionated towards your work and growth, this is not the right company

Like government organisation. Always fightings, stupid meetings that make no sense, throwing pellets on others etc

...re working. Global functions have good scope and visibility in the organization. Got a salary and designation change after 1 year of joining. Good appraisals as KONE has achieved its targets (exceeded) for 2023.

Dislikes

Conservative environment, lack of knowledge with the current tools and applications. Operations area are quiet hectic to work.
