Very good work culture. Top management is supportive. The best part is the payment of salary & incentives always on time. Very aggressive Incentive plans have been employed so that sales team earns a good incentive over and above the salary.

Dislikes

Nothing particularly disliked about the organization but the automobiles sales is a hectic job as showrooms open all seven days throughout the year and sales people mostly end up working long hours.

Managing Directors (Kher Brothers), some good teammates, some supportive seniors, trainings organized by Mahindra & Mahindra, on time salary etc.

Dislikes

Top Management & it's dirty politics, HR Departments' irresponsibilities & inabilities, less scope for real talent, Good platform for timepassers.

There's no increment policy. I had 2 year 8 month but haven't any increment in my working year whereas I'm a good employee. Second, there is no special training for the cre,
