Very good work culture. Top management is supportive. The best part is the payment of salary & incentives always on time. Very aggressive Incentive plans have been employed so that sales team earns a good incentive over and above the salary.

Dislikes

Nothing particularly disliked about the organization but the automobiles sales is a hectic job as showrooms open all seven days throughout the year and sales people mostly end up working long hours.

Top Management & it's dirty politics, HR Departments' irresponsibilities & inabilities, less scope for real talent, Good platform for timepassers.
