konark group is not only a company but a huge platform for learning everything under a single roof .this company manufacturers of led light and commercial lights for Bajaj, Orient, Surya, Havells,Eveready transrail etc. There is lots of opportunities to increase our knowledge daily by trying something new. I'm proud to be the part of it.

Dislikes

Yes compensation is decent in konark and growth is slow. In konark group there is no job Security. if anyone foult found then terminated him on the spot without any compensation.

Likes

This company building up high rise building with latest technology and machinery. I am very happy that I have joined to this company and got too much knowledge in very short periods.

Not giving salary as per level we have achieved.work pressure is very high. I have to work for 14-18 hours this is too much..

I worked last 8.5 year they kick me without giving me a notice.After that issued come in pf also from last 6 month I am employed person even that They Were not giving me a experience letter. I am fully unsatisfied

Good for work exposure. Different types of works. Opportunity to work and handle big team.

Dislikes

Too much interference from owners family. No values of employees. No job security at all. Owner can sack anybody anytime without giving employee the opportunity to speak. They feel proud of being sack to employees within 2 minutes. No freedom of expression. No proper appraisal. Monetary benefits are poor. No facility of tea or even clean water. Office timing is 9 hours a day and 6 days a week. Still employees works for more than 10 hours a day. According to owner Employee has to sit overnight xxxxx to complete his work. Employee can not even think of any fringe benefits as facilities mentioned in the points below.

The work cluture is very much motivated with Konark as you found supportive attemosphre with group. Group is engaged with lighting and one plant related to herbal. Overall good to work with konark.
