Konark Fixtures Ltd is company looking after the projects, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants. I am looking after 3 plants sites of different companies from Konark. I have learnt too many things and continuously learning. Konark has provided a great platform to utilise my skills and knowledge where I am working.

Dislikes

Compensation is average. There are some people who won't co operate with me and others also.

Likes

Company policies are good. Good work environment and culture. All Colleagues are supportive and the management is transparent. I was lucky be the part of konark family.

I can't see any problems with working at konark.

I am working with free hand by which i can utilize my skill for working areas.The company owner gave full attention on important queries and take the decision after discussion with team.

Company HR is not working properly as EPF account maintenance.

CMD is very caring for all employees whether from any part of India cast or creed and very energetic to implement new technology in the system and helpful in the difficult times of an individual

Dislikes

Mismanagement at all level in department of KONARK . Executive are more powerful than managers as reality is hidden from CMD and old employees are overpowered to capture the position and new employees are not given chance to prove their mettle. CMD is most of the time out from Mumbai and HO based employees are overpowered and responsible for mismanagement of organisation.CMD is always eager to implement latest technology and system in the organisation but around him some managers and executive are hurdle for the same to implement
